1. No eating within 3 hours of bedtime.
2. Eliminate fried foods.
3. Decrease Dairy products, especially cheese.
4. Drink 4 glasses (16 oz) of water a day.
5. Eat leaner cuts of meat like filet mignon, chicken, salmon etc.
6. Minimize beer, alcohol, and sodas.
7. Get only one helping of carbohydrates at each meal. Dessert may count as that helping.
8. Serve yourself reasonable portions at each meal.
9. Wait 15 minutes before getting seconds.
10. Never eat a meal in front of TV or in bed.
