Fernando Aguirre, M.D. »
Internal Medicine
Dr. Aguirre received his MD degree then completed a 3 year residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to medical school in 1990, Dr. Aguirre had worked as a Physician Assistant for Macgregor Medical Association in Houston. After his training he joined MacGregor Medical Association in San Antonio prior to helping found MacGregor Medical Center of San Antonio in 2000. Dr. Aguirre is married and fluent in Spanish.

William R. Beck, M.D., M.P.H. »
Pediatrics
The University of Nebraska College of Medicine awarded an MD degree to Dr. Beck, following which he completed a residency and fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center here in San Antonio. He later received a Masters of Public Health degree from Harvard School of Public Health and maintains board certification in Pediatrics and in Pediatric Infectious Diseases. He served in the U.S. Air Force until his retirement in 1989. He started practice with MacGregor Medical Association prior to founding MacGregor Medical Center of San Antonio with his partners. Dr. Beck is married and has two children. He professes to be a "legomaniac," a hobby he shares with his young son. We all love his colorful tie collection.

Dennis Oliver, M.D. »
Internal Medicine
After graduating from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York, Dr. Oliver trained at a Columbia affiliate, St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital in Internal Medicine. He worked as a supervisory physician for Montefiore Medical Center in New York before and after voluntary service with the U.S. Air Force. His military career included a tour at Hellenikon Air Base in Athens, Greece. He moved to San Antonio in 1994 to practice with MacGregor Medical Association. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, he takes special interest in caring for diabetes and HIV disease.

Ana I. Rodriguez, M.D. »
Internal Medicine
Dr. Rodriguez graduated from College of Human Medicine, Michigan State University in 1991. She moved to San Antonio Texas to finish her Internal Medicine Residency at University of Texas Health Science Center in 1994. She remained as Instructor of Medicine and still works as Clinical Assistant Professor for UTHCSA since 1996. She joined MacGregor Medical Association, and then went on to help found MacGregor Medical Center of San Antonio in 2000. She loves teaching medical students at different years in their training. She is a member of Texas Medical Association, Bexar County Medical Society and American College of Physicians. She is originally from Puerto Rico and is therefore fluent in Spanish. Married with two children, her hobbies include gardening, mountain biking and water sports.

Manuel Rodriguez, M.D. »

Internal Medicine
The Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico awarded Dr. Rodriguez an MD, following which he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis, part of Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri. MacGregor Medical Association employed him in San Antonio, after which he became a founding member of MacGregor Medical Center. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Fluent in Spanish, he is married to a dentist, with whom he parents three delightful children.

Carlos Roldan, M.D. »
Family Practice
The University of Antioquia Medical School in Medellin, Colombia granted an M.D. degree to Dr. Roldan. He completed a three-year residency in Family Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, followed by a year-long stint as a Chief Resident. In addition he spent a year doing a fellowship in Infectious Disease at the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio. He completed a Fellowship in Geriatrics and Palliative Care at the UTHSC as well. He joined MacGregor Medical Association before becoming a partner at MacGregor Medical Center of San Antonio in 2000. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He and his wife, also a physician, rejoice in their two daughters.

Jose Sanchez, M.D. »
Internal Medicine
Dr. Sanchez graduated from Central del Caribe University School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center here in San Antonio prior to joining MacGregor Medical Association in 1994. He played a leading role in the establishment of MacGregor Medical Center of San Antonio in 2000, and became its first President. He is board certified in internal medicine and a Fellow of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Married with two lovely daughters, he is fluent in Spanish as well as English.

Brian Senger, M.D. »
Internal Medicine
Dr. Senger was born and raised in St. Louis (which will be evident on your first visit.) He met his wife at Baylor University. He went to medical school at St. Louis University School of Medicine, then quickly returned to Texas for his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He was appointed to a year as Chief Resident. When he is not in the clinic or watching hockey, he can be found chasing after his two children.

Mark Smith, M.D. »
Family Practice
Dr. Smith was born and raised in northwest Houston. Dr. Smith attended the University of Houston from 1976 to 1980, when he graduated summa cum laude with a BS in biology. During his undergraduate studies he researched and published a paper on intestinal hormones as part of his senior honors thesis. Mark attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Medical School from 1980 to 1984, and completed his Family Medicine Residency in 1987 at the University Hospital System in San Antonio. After residency, Dr. Smith went into private practice in north-central San Antonio from 1987 to 1995. He expanded into a group practice on the northeast side of San Antonio from 1996 to 2000, and in January of 2000 joined nine other physicians to found MacGregor Medical Center - San Antonio. Dr. Smith is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His wife, Dr. Patricia Snoga, is a Family Medicine physician in group practice in north central San Antonio. He has two children - Jordan and Jeremy. Mark enjoys basketball, soccer, hockey and spending time with his family.

Joseph Wysoki, D.O. »
Family Practice
The Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth awarded Dr. Wysoki his Doctor of Osteopathy degree. He completed a rotating internship at Hillcrest Osteopathic Hospital in Oklahoma City and obtained board certification from the American Osteopathic Board of General Practice. More than twenty years of practice in family medicine lie behind his depth of experience. His interests include osteopathic manipulation and complementary medicine. He and his wife, a registered nurse, have three children.
